Margaret Edgson Manor is a 70 unit assisted living project in Grande Prairie , Alberta . We were pleased to be involved as Project Managers for this project from its initial inception in 2001. We were able to assist the Grande Prairie Residential Society in obtaining grant money under the Canada-Alberta Affordable Housing Program. Funding was obtained in January, 2004 for this 70 unit, four storey wood-frame housing complex. As Project Managers, we made the initial funding application presentation to Federal, Provincial and Municipal Governments and worked with the Grande Prairie Residential Society through the design/approval process.

Meridian Valve Warehouse, Grande Prairie is a 30,000 s.f. built to suit warehouse/office project for a subsidiary of Wolseley International. The pre-engineered structure was modified to accommodate Meridian Valve's specialty requirements for servicing the oilfield and forestry industries.

Emerald Manor II is the second of two four storey apartment buildings constructed in Grande Prairie, Alberta. We acted as construction managers for a sister company. Details regarding this apartment complex can be found at emeraldmanor.com.
