The RMS Group, a 100% Canadian owned company, is a fully integrated real estate development and construction company specializing in large multi-family, industrial and commercial build to suit projects with purchase / lease back options. We have played, and continue to play, an integral role in the construction and development of over 2 Million square feet of commercial / industrial properties as well as the servicing of hundreds of acres of land all across Western Canada.
In our 20 years of operation we have provided design build facilities on a purchase or lease-back basis for numerous major international oilfield and wholesale corporations in order to help meet their real estate requirements. We have aligned ourselves with major Canadian Real Estate Equity Funds which allow us the ability to bring them in as a partner on larger projects that we manage. We are highly successful in customizing and implementing our Purchase / Lease Back Programs by tailoring them to each of our clients' specific needs.
The RMS Group provides proven expertise and manpower to build in small, mid-sized and larger market locations. This gives us the advantage of being much more cost effective than others might be, which is particularly evident when completing specialty projects in smaller, remote locations. Some of the areas we have and continue to build in are Edmonton, Red Deer, Fort McMurray and Grande Prairie, Alberta, along with Kamloops and Fort St. John, British Columbia.
